Diet Whey Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 350-370g of blueberries and strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 250-300mls milk
  • 2 scoops Strawberry Pure Diet Whey
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon
  • ground nutmeg

Directions:

Blend the berries, yogurt, milk, Pure Diet Whey, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy.
Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately.

#TIP: ADD 3/4 ICE CUBES TO THE BLENDER
